VINGA Monte enameled cast iron pot 3.5L

Introducing a classic cast iron pot from the Monte series, perfect for casseroles and slow cooking with its excellent heat capacity. Its thick base is designed to prevent contents from burning easily, while the lid features small spikes that enable even and gentle distribution of water vapour from condensation over the contents, providing a self-basting feature. The pot’s black enamel interior features larger pores and a slightly rougher surface that gradually fills with oil over time, producing a non-stick patina similar to raw cast iron. This versatile pot is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction hobs.
